The specialties of this restaurant include an offer of Galician cheese and white cheese, made according to a traditional recipe passed down from generation to generation between sheep breeders, and preserved today by Mandra Galicnik. In that sense, the roast lamb available at this restaurant is without comparison one of the greatest delicacies you will ever have the opportunity to taste. Homemade pies and traditional makalas (dipping sauces) will transport you to the world of culinary magic and the most beautiful smells from childhood.
